If you are ordering from Alba Bioscience, orders can be placed by telephone, facsimile or e-mail as detailed below. Customer Service staff can be contacted from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Placing a telephone order
Please contact customer services on +44 (0)131 536 5907. Please ensure that you have the catalogue number, description and quantity required, plus your purchase order and invoicing and despatch details.
If you have received a specific quotation, please provide us with the reference number to allow us to quickly retrieve the relevant documents.
By facsimile
Please send your official order to +44 (0)131 536 6799. This order should include catalogue number, description, quantity required, invoice and delivery address and purchase order number. For ease of ordering, you may wish to click on the 'Request a Quotation' tab opposite to complete your request.

Returned goods policy
