Alba Bioscience has a wide range of rare monoclonal blood grouping antisera which comply with the provisions of the European Union in vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Directive. This includes antibodies to the common Rh antigens C, E, c, e and CDE and also specificities within the Kidd, Lewis, MNS, and P1 systems.

All reagents are manufactured to give clear and consistent results by direct methods so no lengthy incubation process involved.

The cell lines producing antibodies with specificities for anti-k (cellano) and anti-Lu^b (Lutheran) are unique to Alba Bioscience and are currently the only monoclonal antibodies with these specificities available in the market.
