To ensure appropriate anti-D prophylaxis, BCSH Guidelines for the estimation of fetomaternal haemorrhage and AABB standard recommend confirmation of the volume of the fetal bleed. Quant-Rho^® FITC anti-D offers an alternative technique for quantifying the size of FMH.

Quant-Rho^® FITC anti-D has the advantage of providing more accurate and reproducible results than those obtained from the
Kleihauer test. It only detects RhD positive cells making it particularly useful in patients with high levels of HbF.

Following clearance to market by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration [via the 510 (k) route] this product is for sale in the U.S.    This product is CE Marked & complies with the IVD Directive.
