Alba Bioscience manufactures a superior range of reagent red cells for use in both patient and donor testing applications.

All panels are manufactured from pre-selected donors, thus providing consistent high quality products. Key features of the ALBAcyte^® range of reagent red cells are as follows:

All ALBAcyte^® red cell reagents comply with UK BTS Guidelines.

• Native and Papainised antibody screening and identification panels are prepared from the same donations, thus providing complementary results.
• Reagent red cells are issued on a 4-week cycle, providing customers with a minimum of 28 days shelf-life upon receipt.
• All ALBAcyte^® products are CE marked.

Reagent red cells are only available on a standing order basis.    Six weeks notice is required to establish or amend a standing order
